Chiropractic
Chiropractic is a non-invasive, hands-on health care discipline that focuses on the neuromusculoskeletal system. Chiropractors use a manual approach to provide diagnosis, treatment and preventative care for issues relating to the spine, pelvis, extremities, nervous system, muscles and joints. After taking a complete history and diagnosing a patient, your chiropractor will develop and carry out a comprehensive treatment plan which may include chiropractic adjustments of joints, soft tissue treatment of muscle including Active Release Techniques (A.R.T.®) & Graston Technique, therapeutic modalities (Laser) and lifestyle advice.
Physiotherapy
Massage Therapy
All of our massage therapists are registered and have taken courses for Advanced Massage Therapy, Hydrotherapy, Pathology, and Physiology. All therapists can perform prenatal massages and select therapists can provide Cupping Massage, Rapid Release Massage and Acupuncture & Massage Combo as well.
Chinese Medicine
Acupuncture is an ancient form of Chinese Medicine that dates back over 2000 years. The nervous system is stimulated to encourage natural healing, reduce or relieve pain and improve mood or relax the individual by inserting a sterile needle into the skin. Needles are inserted into acupuncture points. Certain points correspond with certain ailments, conditions or causes of pain. For Example: a point between your thumb and index finger can address pain involving the head.
